Titanic Quarter is one of the largest urban waterfront regeneration projects in Europe. Located on 185 acres of former shipbuilding land, the PS1bn development consists of financial services, film studios, a science park, college campus, residential apartments, retail units, hotels and entertainment options and historic maritime monuments. Anchoring the vast space is the Titanic Belfast museum, crowned the World's Leading Tourist Attraction.
What a beautiful waterfront! Just walk around the area and take in the sights. You can go inside the museum as well . The waterfront is dotted with many luxurious yachts. Best time would be to go late evening on a weekday. The entire place is beautifully illuminated.
A lovely area to visit all around with plenty to see. From the Titanic museum to the Game of Thrones stained glass panels along the Lagan river walkway. The Belfast Marina sits next to the SSE Arena and W5 science museum.
Great place to spend an afternoon. The Titanic Hotel is first class for food and a few drinks. W5 is a must visit place too. Spend the evening in the SSE Arena watching LUSH..amazing night!!
A missed visit to the Titanic Quarter is like missing out on part of Belfast's history. Especially the maritime history of the city. There are a collection of museums and attractions, and if you're a game of thrones fan you can search for the crafted windows along your harbour walk. It's such a lovely place to walk around and take in the history especially on the Titanic. As you walk back up to the main quayside, there are cafes and places to eat and drink. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Belfast.
While we did not visit the museum but we did an early morning walk around the Quarter. These former shipyards are very well detailed with informational plagues and displays that it is well worth the walk! A very easy walk from centre of Belfast.
Awesomely me place to visit if you get the chance, the building is something to behold, first view literally takes your breath away. Once inside there's lots to do and see, the exhibit is amazing, lots of history and a great story.
