A walk through the Fields of rainford. Lots of dog walkers. Great views across Merseyside.
It's just fields and wildlife, and on a good day you can see Liverpool's cathedrals, and on a better day you can see the Welsh mountains. Lovely and peaceful. There is a makeshift bench to sit on. We sometimes take our lunch up there, weather permitting. Not somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit if it wasn't on my doorstep, but very nice all the same.
Lovely little walk, you can do one big loop which is nice. You are walking between fields and paths. Nothing amazing but a lovely view.
