Restaurant, Shop, Farm animals, kids play, Glamping! Family run cider farm who pride ourselves on creating a relaxing, fun, sociable atmosphere in which to enjoy an authentic Somerset craft cider made from our own, onsite, heritage orchard and apples. Our farmhouse kitchen serves only the best locally sourced produced from local suppliers. Our apple juice and cider are all pressed and fermented on site using wild yeast and the juice from an amazing selection of heritage Somerset and Devon apples.
My young family and I spent a great few hours here after almost stumbling across it. We'd driven passed the signs for the 'Cider Farm' a few times so decided to investigate and we're really glad we did. The kids loved seeing the sheep, goat, ducks and piglets and they had a great time playing in the play ground. This gave my wife and I some quiet time to enjoy a lovely bit of cake and coffee before buying some of their cider to take home with us. The staff are lovely, the food is tasty and there's lots of different (and delicious) ciders to buy at a very reasonable price, what more could you ask for?!
A great place to eat, good menu and samples of the local cider. Nice play area for children with sheep, pigs and goats. Definitely worth a visit. All staff in the cafe and shop were so pleasant and helpful. Thank you.
A kids play ground, a few animals, and a quick wonder around an orchard. Cafe and shop. Parking could do with better signage, the 1st place people park is the disabled area, so when someone who is actually disabled needs to park there they can't and have to park in the other area which seems more like an overflow area.
A lovely lunch stop with children because of the play area and farm. The staff went above and beyond when we made a mistake with our order. Friendly and set in the beautiful Somerset landscape. Thank you for a great stop.
Hidden treat. Popped in for a quick look and ended up staying for a couple of hours. Kids loved the animals, able to amble through the orchards, and good reasonably priced food in the cafe. If the weather is nice and you've a few hours spare it is worth a detour.
I wanted to look at the ciders on offer. I could only see 2 different sparkling ciders. We don't like the still cider. I would have been disappointed if I had booked a tour. Best thing was the Kunikuni pigs and piglets
