Could have been better weather wise. Didn't see any water skiing. But a great walk around the Loch, stood watching birds feeding from a coconut shell filled with seeds on the trees. Even saw a rat go to it.. Has a great cafe. Will be better in summer..
Lovely little loch on the outskirts of town, nice 1.8km walk round, lovely scenery, plenty wildlife, plenty friendly people wandering round, and an excellent wee cafe selling amazing cakes!! Served by lovely young team of girls. Occasional warersports going on which adds to the atmosphere of the place. A regular visitor since I found this place.
Lovely wee water area and was busy with water skiers was great to watch them
The little cafe is decent, and the area is always nice and clean. Lovely place to go for a walk!
Town Hill is a great place to have a walk. Walks around the Loch and around the woods a great time out
Lovely walk right round the loch, flat and good for buggies/scooters) wheel chairs. Lovely ducks swans and sometimes water sports to watch. There is a cafe and parking onsite which can get busy at times. Friendly community feel to the walk.
