Trimsaran waterfall is a picturesque waterfall located in the Brecon Beacons National Park, Wales, UK. The waterfall drops 30 feet from a rocky cliff, creating a misty veil that surrounds the area. The waterfall is surrounded by lush greenery and is accessible via a scenic hiking trail that offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
Not signposted, and easy to miss, but worth the 10 minute stop. I'm not sure I'd call it a waterfall, as such, as It's man made, like a spillway that slows the water. Or, more like a water based sculpture. I visited in April after heavy rain, and it was very impressive. No tickets or any commercial going on. The carpark has space for 5 or 6 cars.
Takes longer to actually find than the time you would actually spend their. See it, tick the box then move on.
I grew up here use to be my play area I watched them building this and it's actually destroyed the salmon run on this river morlais ! They use to breed and spawn up by five RDS passed the old brickworks
Sadly poor as it not been look after at all look at all the over growth
