Although everything fenced in it was still nice to go down from the railway path to have a look but mostly it's really to enjoy the bridge as from below you can get real appreciation for the size of the railway bridge that you can't get from above. But the reservoir you can walk up to the fence and look across from the path but that's about it for here.
Great place to fish for disabled angler's. The swims are of a decent size and the area is well maintained by wessex water. Large range of fish which are all of really good quality.

My wife is originally from Monkton combe and always loved taking the dog away along there feeding the carp dog biscuits they were always ravinus. Now I'm disabled I'm down on holiday staying in Bath might give it a go
