Never been so satisfied with my haircut in Birmingham before . He made sure that he listened to me and understand what I need and not just give me a hair cut of his own (which happens mostly everywhere ) 28PS haircut + beard + hot towel (which was refreshing ) + hair wash
It's always a good haircut here. The hair wash/massage is so invigorating & they'll also do nose, eyebrows & ear hair trims inclusive of the price. If you're a senior citizen, please tell them before they start. It will save you PS2!! Enjoy the experience. T

Been coming to this barber shop for a long time now, but unfortunately I won't be attending again after my last few visits as they have been very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Just because some customers don't speak the same language as you in the shop doesn't mean people can't understand when staff are being rude, talking about customers and taking the piss out of them and laughing about it. Was very uncomfortable for myself and other customers at the time. But the last 2/3 times I've been in I wasn't offered a drink, made to feel uncomfortable for my choice of barber I wanted to cut my hair, the service was extremely rushed and poor and I wasn't happy with my cut. Shame really as Ive had to change a highly recommend review to a very low recommendation. I love coming the Turkish Barber Club too, have done since I changed over to them back in 2019/2020 Just seems this branch has lost it's magic slightly?
Excellent service! Very skilled and with a very good attitude. My barber today, a young guy 1st next to the entrance, was very thorough and meticulous and used many tools to make my haircut perfect!
Terrible place with awful staff. Each time you go, there are new barbers, and most have a poor attitude. This place used to be decent before but the best barbers have left and now there are just amateur idiots. Lots of fake reviews to hype the score up so use this place at your own risk. Only take cash too which is annoying. Best to avoid and try elsewhere!
