This farm features a petting zoo with a variety of friendly animals, including goats, sheep, and llamas, allowing children to get up close and personal with the creatures. The farm also offers pony rides, a play area, and a café serving refreshments.
Really nice area reasonably priced for the amount of stuff you can do here can quite easy stay most of the day and the children would be occupied during the full day. Plenty of places to sit if you bring your own food. Have yet to try the food here so can't comment on that brought my child here a number of times and she always loves it always the little extras like the paid for rides there now and the tractor ride around the farm is good fun
Loads to see and do. Spent around 3 hours there and didn't see everything. I'm planning on going back. Everything appeared to be well organised, and you get a timetable for scheduled events to help you plan your visit.
Great place to take the kids. Came here while on holiday at crimdon dene, decided to walk which was about 25 minutes but would be much quicker in the car. Cute animals to feed and hold - although we didn't get chance to hold them as we came 2 hours before closing, tractor rides and play area.
Definitely our favourite farm now!!! Love the improvements and interactions available. Very hands on farm. Loads of opportunities to still get up and close to lots of different animals. And the on site shop stayed open right until close. My son loved his 2 tractor rides. We spent the full day there and my son still wasn't ready to leave at 5pm. We took a picnic but there is a little cafe on site. Lots of parks dotted about all over with lots of variety in!
The animals all looked healthy and happy with enough living space. The only exception was the cockatoos whose cage looked small and they looked frustrated. There is a lot of parking space but being easter weekend it got busy quickly. We bought 4 bags of food but it's not enough and the black sheep appeared very disappointed with us.
Lovely little farm to take toddlers and small children but really run down. For the amount they charge think it's time they started putting a bit of money back in to improve it. The young kids who work there though you can see really care about the animals.
