Great place with stunning views, the dog loved the river and his doggy ice cream from the cafe. Nice small playground area for the kids, restrooms clean and tidy, sat and had ice cream overlooking the amazing view... absolutely loved it.
Parking was a pound all day. Toilets, play area and lots of picnic tables dotted around. There's a small animal section with goats, chickens rabbits and we saw the alpacs on the way round. Lovely mile circular walk, very dog friendly. Sadly nothing was open on site during our visit. No cafe that we could see but in all a great place for a scenic walk and kids to play
Fab little country park with play park, cafe, toilets, open space and some small animals, as well as a circular walk which is buggy/scooter friendly and leads past the river. Riverbank suitable for throwing of stones and paddling. Parking PS1 (!). Amazing views of the viaduct and valley. Highly recommend.
My dog was attacked by 4 dogs off the lead tonight 07/08/24 at your country park , If anyone knows who these people might be ? I've added pictures of them, could you please contact Wales police on 101 with this reference number Q117431. I asked them not to leave the scene of the crime when phoning the police but they left!
I really like this place, plenty of choices for lovely walk or just relax. Nice coffee spot as well with great view on Dee Valley. I definitely recommend trail to Aqueduct, very easy and so nice place to relax, enjoy to see beautiful nature.
