Barclodiad y Gawres is a Neolithic burial tomb located in Tywyn, Anglesey, Wales. The tomb dates back to around 4000 BC and is one of the most important archaeological sites in Wales. It consists of a circular mound surrounded by a ditch and a bank, with a narrow entrance leading to a central chamber. The tomb is believed to have been used for the burial of important individuals, with evidence of ritual and ceremonial practices. The site is now in the care of Cadw, the Welsh Government's historic environment service, and is open to the public to visit.
