Sadly there are one or 2 staff members with the wrong judgmental attitude towards the kids and should not be working in this environment, and make their team look bad, these people need addressing and weeding out. It's a clean, colourful well kept facility for what it is. But kiss goodbye to travel reimbursement as they will do their best to make excuses to not reimburse you. But on a whole its a decent place for what it is as I mentioned before
