Nice woodland area to walk/bike in, parts of the trail can get quite wet if there's been rain but nothing too bad
Small woods tucked in a quiet village (around 1.5 miles of walking). Surrounded by fields of rapeseed's this time of year
Great wood...can walk for a good few hours...trees now coming into full leaf....However at the moment they are felling trees...not a pretty sight in some parts, but by thining out some of the non native species will make space for our indigenous trees and improve the flora and thus the flora...
It's a good place to relax for a while. There is a hazard for bikers to be aware of. It's a steep hill and a sharp bend which is square. Mud on the track or brake failure could cause an injury and damage.
Not much bird life really. Nice peacefully walk. Paths vary in width.
