We're so much more than a theatre. Our visitors enjoy blockbuster West End musicals, opera, ballet and contemporary dance, hip hop and stand up comedy, art exhibitions, workshops, training days, free daily foyer performances, guided tours, bars and restaurants... there is something for everyone.
Absolutely love this building! It so does Wales and Cardiff proud! You'd never know it was 20 years old - still looks in great condition and accessible. Love how inclusive so much of it is. Took a behind the scenes tour today and loved it! Parking is super easy and even when it's busy it doesn't feel crowded - not a bad seat in the house.
Beautiful theatre inside and out. Friendly staff, icecream was yummy and great performance. In our performance there was quite a lot of flashes so if your eyes are sensitive recommend checking beforehand
Amazing building and architecture, very clean, staff are very polite and super friendly. I watched Nye last night and enjoyed the play. The good thing is that it seems there's no restrictions view from any seats which is amazing. Can't wait to watch another show there.
Absolutely amazing space for theatre and music. Staff were excellent and 'Nye' was a fitting and timely tribute to the NHS and the man who made it happen. Sheen was his usual brilliant self, with an equally capable supporting cast. Negative: so few bar staff that queues were out the door
Saw Bluey's Big Play, the Friday afternoon showing (we signed up to the Bluey newsletter so that when the tickets were released we could grab them early.) We sat in row AA seats 15-17 and thought they were brilliant. Lots of leg room, comfy cushions, great view. My last visit was 10 years ago and I'd forgotten what an excellent venue it is - would happily go and watch another show there and would aim for the same seats. Taken a star off as the sound wasn't perfect, but that might have been a requirement in a show aimed at children?
Saw a great show here... I really love the venue, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The show was great, however, I'm losing one star due to the sound. It was just a little quiet sat up the top. The orchestra and everything else was perfect,
