Carpark for runners, walkers and backpackers to access Cairn Table Hill and the surrounding moorlands.
Great circular walk. Be prepared for very boggy ground and don't let it spoil your walk ! If you want to avoid the boggy path take the path to the right to the top and return on the same path. Great views on a clear day and plenty of little nooks at the top to admire the views and re fuel. Met a local guy on our walk today who gave us tips on walks around the area. He s also put cups around the springs in the hills, so you can have a drink or can top up your water. Big thanks to him !
CAR PARK IS NOT TOO BIG, AND IT CAN BE BUSY WITH HILL WALKERS. CARS SHOULD BE SECURE ENOUGH AS CAR PARK IS LOCATED BESIDE A ROW OF HOUSES.
