Over the past few days myself and my 11 year old son have done canoeing and paddle boarding with the fabulous Jack! He is an amazing instructor, really knowledgeable and helped us both believe we could succeed! He was the perfect mix of guidance and fun! These activities really made our holiday and we would 100% recommend this company and we will definitely be back! Thanks so much Jack for helping us create such fabulous memories! :) love from Mel and Lucas (Newcastle)
We booked rock climbing and kayaking for myself and our 11 year old son. Our instructor for both activities was Jack who was brilliant. A really nice guy, very calm and confidence inspiring. The rock climbing had a good balance of being challenging without being frightening and learning skills / technique without being boring. The kayaking was equally as good fun and on the beautiful Wastwater lake. Couldn't have been better - thanks Jack!
My friends and I did the Extreme Ghyll Scramble. It was a lot of fun and suitably challenging. The walk to and from, and the gorge itself, was stunning. Jack was a fantastic lead; friendly, informative and kept us safe. Would 100% recommend this to others looking for some thrills in a beautiful setting.
We hired 3 paddle boards for a half day and had such a great time! The 2 ladies who helped us where super friendly and helpful . You drive to the location and pick up the paddle boards with a pump and drive it 15mins to wastwater to use them. They where hard work to pump up but it was all part of the fun! We where late back due to a logistics error of ours on the lake, but the staff where really understanding and nice about it. Next time I would hire them for a full day as it was so much fun! I would highly recommend using West lake adventures!
I Visited West Lakes Adventure with a group of friends for a long weekend. They were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was very comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. I stayed in one of the clamping cabins which was very comfortable for two. They also provide a variety of outdoor activities which we took advantage of. We went Ghyll Scrambling which was really well organised and excellent fun. The location is beautiful and conveniently situated for local walking and other outdoor fun. There's a pub right next door and several more a short way down the road. I'd happily go back for a second visit the next time I'm in the Lakes.
Absolutely amazing experience Responsible prices and very friendly stuff. P.S. sorry inconvenience. I've no ideas why motor museum review has been published on your page
