What a fantastic SEN friendly visit we had to West Lodge. It was relaxed, friendly and entertained us for the entire day. Plenty to explore and wander around. The pig and sheep races were a highlight. The facilities were well maintained especially the indoor play area. There so much to do from the outdoor play area, barrel rides, petting area, feeding the animals, visiting all the animals, races, tractor rides and ponies. Will be visiting again soon!
We had the best day out here on a playdate. We wasn't sure what to expect as we hadn't been before and we had booked afternoon tickets, however there was still a lot on and loads to do. Our favourite event was the piglet racing, it was hilarious but also cute. Love the fact that theres two different play areas to keep the kids busy in between activities. We would definitely visit again! Also the fresh meat and quail eggs were amazing!
Really helpful and friendly staffs. Activities are organised and scheduled very well so each one is not overcrowded. Plenty of hand wash places with warm water. Lots of little lambs in this season. Kids had a great time. Pony ride is very popular needs to book on arrival. Highly recommend for a fun day out.
Had a lovely afternoon here with my wife and 2 year old daughter. There is so much to do and explore and its such good value for money. A huge outdoor play area, indoor play area, nature walls, animal interaction and loads more is all included in the ticket price! My daughter bottle fed a lamb and was very pleased with herself. Lovely memories and we look forward to returning at some point soon!
Visited for the 3:30 session on a Saturday afternoon with my goddaughter. Was a bit worried that lots of the activities would be finished for the day by this later time. However was pleasantly surprised that there was tractor rides, petting of small animals and bottle feeding of lambs all scheduled for after 3:30. Would highly recommend visiting at this time if you are short on time as we managed to look around everything at the farm and also have a play in both the outdoor and indoor play areas. It is also a bit quieter if you prefer uncrowded places.
Came here for a birthday party. There was a huge amount of space available for kids to run round. Be aware drinks are pretty pricey as a can 330ml is about PS2. After the indoor play area there is an outdoor section which has sand pits slides and swings. You are also able to go around the petting zoo with farm animals about and kids can feed them.
