We have visited here a few times, certainly changed since we last went. I've never seen so many cars going through the safari park. We waited around half an hour to get through check in. There were about four lanes of traffic could have been more. We bought a guide booklet as we were waiting. Beautiful day beautiful scenery and animals. Staff in jeeps were doing their best to keep some of the curious animals away from cars, there was no stopping in right hand lane, people ignored this rule. We bought food for the animals, we could feed giraffes last time but not this time, I was a little disappointed as they're my favourite. People ignored signs regarding not feeding certain animals. We had a brilliant day. We weren't sure if we had to pay again to go around the other area with the reptiles in so we just visited the souvenir shop. Some hills are super steep so be aware with scooters and wheelchairs. Five star ratings definitely. The drive around took us about 2 and a half hours.
Amazing place for a day out whether that be with friends family or a date!! We have been a number of times from when I was a child and still go there now often. There are many food places, snacks bars and shops! There's plenty to do including a theme park, with a wide range of different activities like small fun fayre games, roller coasters and arcade and more. The park is great to drive around. You can also go to the viewing points for the giraffes and elephants after you have driven around. This can be accessed through the main grounds near the theme park and extra animal reserves. Amazing visit. Definitely worth the money.
Lovely experience. It was a rich experience for the children. Feeding the animals from the car was a plus. The lion enclave was nice to see. It was nice to have our own mini lion king theatrical singing in the car when we saw the head of the lion. Overall, it was a nice experience. The drive-through took about 2 hours, so pack some snacks and wipes in the car so everyone can wipe their hands clean after feeding the animals at the start of the ride. Rated 4 because the things to eat are too pricey.
We stayed in the Elephant Lodge. Very clean and an excellent experience with elephant across our lodge. A fantastic safari drive around with animals in close proximity. Walked after closure giving us freedom to explore further. The only down side was the food which did meet our expectations especially taking into account the cost of PS1,200 per night to stay in the lodge. Freshly baked bread was wonderful.
Great place to visit with plenty to see and do. Can easily visit you very a couple of days. The drive itself was pretty good, took about 2 hours to get around and park up to go for the walk around section. Only downside was a few people didn't seem to care about the animals and drove off road just to overtake some cars admiring the animals and even feeding some. A little pricey for the drinks and snacks as you would expect and very very limited choice. It would be nice to see I visit again, maybe during term term. Possibly less people then.
My boyfriend took me her for my birthday and we did the drive round safari! It was amazing we had the best time. When you arrive you show your tickets and drive straight through. I saw so many animals I have always wanted to see and even touched some!! The whole way round it felt very safe. It was so cool that you could stop whenever you wanted to get extra pics. The left lane was for people to stop they can and the right to essentially over take and carry on. It was the best to be able to have your own time to do so and not be rushed so this was a big tick for me! After the drive round we went into the zoo which was included with our ticket which was amazing! We arrived just In time to see the deal show which was so good. The zoo was amazing again felt very safe. I would recommend it to anyone to go here 100% please see attached some of my fave pics that I took when I was there!
