This attraction offers a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with South American camelids, including alpacas and llamas. Visitors can explore the farm, learn about the animals, and even take part in feeding and walking activities. The attraction also features a shop selling alpaca and llama-related products, as well as a café serving refreshments.
What a great time, loved it. Although the alpacas and llamas were lovely, soft and greedy. My absolute favourite were the pygmy goats. The cafe was lovely, great coffee and cake. Gift shop has some lovely things, didn't leave empty handed.
Awesome place. We did the Llama and Alpaca walking experience (PS70) which was amazing. Walked a couple of Alpacas called 'Top Gun' and 'Breeze', who were very well behaved. We also saw a couple of baby Alpacas who were only 2 and 4 days old! There are also loads of other animals to see at the farm (Goats, pigs, quail etc). There is a very nice cafe and plenty of parking.
My trips to the llama farm are always fab! It was truly special seeing the baby goats recently! The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, with staff members who were not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable about the animals in their care. One of the highlights of my visit was adopting our rabbit Maple. It's clear that all the animals here are loved and well looked after, which made the adoption process even more special. Maple has brought so much joy into our lives, and we're grateful to the farm for giving us the opportunity to bring her home. Overall, I can't recommend the llama farm enough for anyone looking for a fun and educational experience with animals. Whether you're visiting to see the goats, llamas, rabbits, or any other of the animals, you'll have a fantastic time!
The Alpacas and llamas are very well kept and the farm has loads more animals to its name, some such as Pygmy goats and even some cute rex rabbits! In my opinion it is the most enjoyable part of the island and it's worth even just doing a day trip to see the amazing animals!
What a lovely experience! They have over 100 alpacas and llamas. All very friendly. The walk is lovely and has the perfect duration (45mins). There is a cafe nearby. The staff are very welcoming and let us freely walk around the farm after the walk with the alpacas. Definitely recommend it! It's also very easy and cheap to get to the farm by public transport. We came from Ventnor.
What a lovely day out! Very muddy in April but worth the splattered trousers! Really lovely walk around the site, got to pet and feed goats, alpacas, llamas and donkeys (mind your fingers, do not feed the donkeys!). Really friendly staff. Cafe was well worth the money, I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
