A spectacular park originally landscaped by Capability Brown. It has an incredible array of trees and plants plus sweeping view, perfectly manicured gardens and wonderful meandering paths. The Grade I country house is also incredible.PS8 adults is well worth the visit.

My son enjoyed the trip. He can never stop talking about the visit. Lots of fun activities and walking around. Great playground, and plenty playing fields for different activities. There were lots of different events ranging from train riding, triathlon, spring flying, etc. Lots of natural environments and great atmosphere. Different trees plants and shrubs. Fantastic scene. Great place for family or group visits.

Visited over the end of May Bank Holiday weekend when the "Clubfest 2024" festival was held on the site. It's a very large parkland with large house. We did not manage to view the house. The event we visited hosted about 3000 caravans and motor homes and was organised by the Caravan and Motor home Club. There were many food and retail sellers at the site, and on two seperate sound stages, live music over the whole of the weekend. Headline acts such as Scouting for girls and Toploader, were very popular. Getting away was difficult given the English weather. But then organisers were excellent and arranged for stuck vehicles to be towed off. This included us when we became stuck too.

Rainy as hell today. But beautiful location be sure if your booking online to also select the option to visit the house as well, if you want to, as we missed that option and would have had to pay again at the entrance to do so. You get 20% off for booking online.
