I thought this memorial was very moving. It calls us to remember the seafarers and fishermen lost at sea and who never returned home. This memorial was unveiled by HRH Duke of Kent on the 26th October 2015.
At the northern end of the marina is a raised area where the local community have set the Fishermen and Seafarers memorial. It was unveiled in 2015 and has a commanding view over the Moray Firth where many of the local fishermen never returned home.
