Woods are becoming a hang out area for kids. Lots of blown down trees and some need attention. Park is very well kept.There is a bowling green and playing field with marked out pitches.Car park is near to field side.

I was born and bred I can walk park I haven't been up there for at least 15 16 years I can't believe how it's changed pubs closed Domino's burnt down but they have rebuild houses it's changed quite a lot to me except the park which has not changed at all I enjoyed it when I went I will go again
Went on a college project to photograph the area, the place was nice and the park was alright but only a small area is worth going to see, more of the park could be used.
Sometimes rowdy punters but lovely service and lively atmosphere on friday and Saturday night also carvery is a bargain and quite delectable
