A sand area with smaller play slides and rockers, some inclusive play swings, a climbing tower and a huge metal slide and play tower, a skateboard zone and a hub with an ice-cream shop and toilets. My only gripe is there needs to be more outdoor picnic benches and preferably a few more covered zones for shade but overall a very lovely play park!
love this park its amazing and inclusive parking and entry are free theres a lesuire centre next to it and an ice cream van to with great priced and now has a sports hub with football pitches and a tuck shop lovely staff and nice walk round very clean and tidy lots of parking swimming pool in lesuire centre and nice and flat to walk
I came across this place when visiting a relative in a nearby care home. In terms of a public space to walk and exercise it provides an ideal balance of paved walkways and green space. I like how the pathways can be navigated, to tailor the amount of walking you want to do, long, short or somewhere in between. There is parking and bins for poop bags too!
