We really enjoyed it, the staff were amazing and very friendly. I love for the fact that the under 4's ( toddlers area) it's in a completely different area ( next to the cafe on the left hand side) we paid PS6.95 for our 16 month old boy and myself and my partner were entry free, so I can't complain about the price, as most softplays charge for the child and also the parents. The reason why I cannot give 5* it's because the train ride was quite scary to my son (very loud when train started moving) and also because the play area was dirty still. ( We were there @ 9:30) apart from that we would definitely go back.

Service is so poor at cafe. Waited 20mins on 2 x coffees after my order had been taken. Staff were dismissive and non apologetic. Wouldn't even say it was busy enough, but more just not enough staff serving.

Very expensive and extremely poor service. Having booked and paid PS20 online, when I arrived early, I was offered entry into an earlier time slot .....which only had 30 minutes remaining !!! Food was pricey, took 40 minutes to arrive and chips were stone cold. No drinks although I had already paid for them and then had to go wait in another line for these ......all in we lost 20 minutes of play time. Huge disappointment ...won't be returning .

Kids had a fun time. We went late on so wasn't as busy. Has a separate bit for the toddlers. Food and drinks available. Parking can be a issue as the site shares its car park. PS12.95 for 2 hours. Happy kids.

Not reviewing the company as a soft play area but writing this review in regards to the manager that is employed there , treated a young girl ( close relative ) absolutely appallingly , it was her 1st proper job and from the start she was mistreated , no proper training was given and the poor girl was worked off her feet , left alone in a very busy kitchen herself to deal with busy orders coming in , expected to deal with deliveries that she shouldn't b responsible for unless there was trying beforehand , criticised over silly things and made to feel inadequate , she worked her backside off , she's a lovely smart girl and was expected to deal with tasks she was inadequately trained for , this left the poor girl stressed , anxious and miserable and not a good experience then she was sacked for no good reason , just simply her face didn't fit ! I suggest the manager should have some adequate training herself in decency and respect on how to treat young people and properly train them and assist when needed , no support was offered to this girl whatsoever ! Shocking behaviour and not the 1st time I've heard !! Wouldn't recommend any young person working there!!
