Great place. Was a bit too busy but can't really fault for that, they're a business!! Just a thought: So many kids running up the slide with bare feet, I think the staff need to reiterate rules to parents/kids on the way in. Even the bday girl was doing it (there was a party during the public session). Think some older kids were in there too that shouldn't have been. Watch. Your. Kids!! Staff were lovely; so friendly and accommodating. Good choice of snack food: would be nice to have a few cooked options like chips. The equipment was great and diverse. Well cleaned and plenty of comfy seating. Get in the queue early to get a good spot. The slide is mega fast, beware and wear long trousers if using!!
Absolutely brilliant soft play, they look after parents better than any other similar place. Power points to charge phones, table service so no queuing. Lovely coffee that feels like a proper coffee shop. All in all this is the best soft play in the area, thank you guys xx

First time visiting over a weekend. I pre-booked a slot, 12-2. I was absolutely blown away when I went inside! I have an 11 month old and a 2 and a half year old and it was perfect for them both. It was the best toddler section i had ever seen in any softplay I have been to. The over 5s section was also very good and my 2 and a half year old went to and from the big to little section. The cafe was very nice and well priced. I felt that my children were safe whilst playing and not able to run out of the building, with a locked door. (Many I have visited don't have this.) The soft play was VERY clean and tidy. I was very impressed with everything. The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Will definitely return when I am in this part of the country again. Such a shame its a 2 hour drive from home!
We have just attended a party at WOW with my daughter who has a nut allergy. WOW is a nut free venue, so my daughter was able to be included throughout (which is rare for us). A big shout out to Rich, who was amazing at getting back in touch with me about the food. He really went out of his way to reassure me throughout the party. Such a nice man, friendly, approachable and gets allergies! Soft play is also so clean! Thanks WOW I absolutely recommend you and your team!
We had a fantastic time, we came as a large group and we couldn't believe how spotless everything was, what a refreshing change for a soft play! Rich and Kelly were amazing and really took care of us all, super friendly! Would absolutely recommend WOW! Massive bonus food and drink are reasonably priced!
