Rest in peace peawea legend THATS YA JOHN
The overall park, needs freshening up, it's got broken swings and broken glass bits on the floor. I use to take our granddaughter, but stopped taking her, because it's become an eyesore for children to play there.
Used to be a brilliant park, well kept... Not the case now, run down, littered, overgrown bushes, tree damage. Playing field wrecked by over use of football teams in nad weather. Grass verges on Oakdale unaccessible at w.ends due to ignorant parents parking on grass and pavement. Overall needs investment!
Lovely and peaceful park just outside of Barnsley. A perfect combination of peacfulness and harmony when sat at a bench. Would definitely recommend if going with a friend or family
The park is fine. I was live steaming on the Shedders live streaming channel sponsored by The National Lottery Community Fund and The South Yorkshire Community Foundation. So the Shedders can be informed and still be safe in their homes Philip
Lovely, clean, only a few people in the park, just sat on a bench taking in the sun's rays;great for my Raynauds.
