Wymondham Alpacas is a popular attraction in Norfolk, England, where visitors can get up close and personal with these adorable South American camelids. The farm is home to over 100 alpacas, offering a unique opportunity to learn about these fascinating creatures and their soft, fuzzy fleece. Guests can take a guided tour, feed and pet the friendly alpacas, and even take one for a walk. The attraction also features a shop selling alpaca-themed gifts and a café serving refreshments.
Fantastic experience all round! Alpacas were brilliant to walk and Tom was welcoming and knowledgable. Hard to find different activities for teenagers, but they both loved it. Very highly recommend, we'll be back, thank you!
What could be better than walking a proud Llama and some Alpacas on a crisp sunny day? Tom offers a fab experience with his Llamas and Alpacas, he explains all about them and then, after a safety talk, you walk them through the fields. When you get back you feed them. What more could you want?
Amazing time, Tom was very knowledgeable and a great walker. Would definitely recommend, especially Galahad!
Very enjoyable experience, Tom was very informative and outgoing throughout. Would recommend, the Alpacas were so calm and friendly. We also had a great fry up in the cafe after :)
Went for an alpaca experience this morning and had a great time despite the rain. Tom was very friendly and knowledgable, and his alpacas and llamas are lovely. Interesting to learn about the animals, hand feed them and have a nice steady walk. Would definitely recommend for all ages!
Arranged as a birthday experience for my other half and it was a really good one. Our was a pre-arranged via the website early evening weekday late summer 6pm walk. Times vary a bit depending on the time of year & day. Had plenty of time before hand meeting & getting know a bit more about the very lovable Alpaca group from Tom their owner. We also helped round them up, gave them a vitamin supplement bite to eat, got our walkers harnessed ready for a walk & got some 'Walking with Alpacas Advice & guidance" in advance of our very enjoyable 40 minute or so walk around adjacent fields & up & down a nearby lane. A lovely time was had by one and all. Highly recommended.
Wheelchair-accessible car park
Getting tickets in advance recommended
Good for kids
