Beautiful view. We had just a cup of coffee and a cake. But the way we were treated was marvellous. Thank you. There is the little shops. We climbed the old windmill. It was opened. I am speechless. And I love places like this.
Food lovely, grounds kept perfectly, shops mot over priced. Overall lovely place to visit, child and dog friendly
Went for the tearooms. One room is dog friendly, other isn't. Plenty space. Had new shops at the back including pet shop. Food served was nice, good portion and plenty choice.
I cycled out to the windmill early Sunday morning. I sat at 1 of the picnic tables having a flask of tea at about 06.40. I'm assuming that it's OK to enter the grounds that early as there is a public footpath that cuts through. It is a beautiful place to sit down and rest for a short while. Although I can't comment on the facilities as I was there too early. I do hope that no one would object to me doing this as I didn't actually see anyone.
Lovely place to visit. A tearoom with lots of good food. Various different and ususual shops and the windmill. Plus there are walks.
Beautiful venue, the windmill is surrounded by lovely shops, outside seating and quaint cafe/restaurant, picnic area and play area. There's ample parking and a lovely wooded walk.
