So whether you like to play pretend at the role play Vets, or reach for the sky on the Jumping Pillows, there's something for the big and the little kids!
Visited on a weekday for lamb feeding and an all day ticket. We found it to be unbelievably good value with the indoor and outdoor activities all safe and generally well maintained. The system for lambing was excellent and the reception team were really helpful in explaining the process so that we wouldn't get distracted and miss our slot! We spent around 5-6 hours but could have stayed much longer. We had lunch as a family of four with good portions and pretty standard prices for these types of venues. As it wasn't their peak time, certain things like the go karts weren't available but we really didn't notice. I'm not sure if going on a busier day would have as good. Our only,, very minor downsides would be having more toys in the role play village (there were no tools in the garage or things In the post office) and there could be a few more activities for under 1's. Overall it surpassed our expectations and our 3 year old can't wait to get back.
Would highly recommend, so much for the kids to do with indoor and outdoor play areas, a large cafe area, and of course all of the animals to see. Was very impressed with our visit and will most definitely be back
This place is great, my nephew loves it. So much to do with the outdoor play stuff, the machines, the animals and then the inside soft play. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can spend a whole day here easily!!
My daughter is just shy of 2 and was absolutely taken with the whole day to the point she didn't want to go home. My partner and I equally enjoyed ourselves and got involved in a few of the events throughout the day as well as the lamb feeding. Staff were amazing and definitely one of the main highlights of the day, really helped to just take the experience up to a whole new level of enjoyment. Only negative was the food from the cafe, my daughter and I both had something from the kids menu which was fairly priced and reasonable, partner however felt there was much to be desired from hers but that could just as easily have been a one off issue. We stay 4 hours away and visited whilst seeing family, will definitely be coming again next time we're up in the area as we, as a family, had a great day out here.
I've driven past here loads on my way to work and didn't realise it was there till it was recommended by a friend but what a day out we had with the kids! Everything from the facilities to the staff was great. The animals there will surprise you, they have such a good mix and you get up close and personal with loads of them. Our kids had the best day out and were over the moon at the indoor soft play as well. We had lunch whilst we were there and the food was also very good! My wife had soup and I had the chilli nachos, both very good, and my kids had chips. So very worth it for our day, we'll definitely be back!
A great day out, spent the full day there. Made comfortable at lamb feeding. Lots of fun on the land rovers. And of course, always a couple hours spent in the soft play. Always lots of fun
