Took a group of kids aged 12-15, with 3 adults also racing, to Xtreme Karting in Falkirk. They had a blast! Kids and adults loved it. The safety looked to be well in hand,the karts were fast and well maintained,the tracks were excellent. Staff were very helpful, especially Finlay, the centre manager, who gave fantastic support for one of the kids when he became a bit upset and overwhelmed. Finlay took him aside,reassured him quietly and kept a close eye on him throughout the racing. This made it possible for the child to participate and enjoy the experience. Finlay even presented him with a medal after the race! Fantastic service, great fun venue.
Just been for my first time and will definitely be back. We went as a pair and joined another session with a range of experience. It's an easy course to get around and I quickly came to the realisation that brakes were not really required. We had 4 10 minute sessions for PS30 and it took about 2 and half hours in total. The TV screens are really useful and engaging. Whilst the course is easy to get around, it's also easy to push the cart into a spin. My brother in law and I finished with 2 wins a piece (between the two of us, the three regular guys were a second per lap faster). The staff were helpful and patient and the only warning our group got was in the first race, but I'm pretty sure that was the regulars overtaking us Sunday drivers on yellow flag to get some clean track to run. As I said, a great time was had and I do intend to make this a regular spot to visit when family are visiting.
Overall experience of the place was amazing. Staff ensured that I was all good after feeling unwell due to motion sickness. Staff are also super friendly and sociable. The track is lots of fun and the karts are really nippy and fun to race about in. The pizzas are also banging. 10/10 would recommend!
Took our two grandsons aged 10 and 12. They had a blast. Really well organised. Staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to returning!
Falkirk track was a brilliant choice for an outing with family. Great 16th Birthday celebrations! This venue is clean & once you've completed your racing, you put helmets on a service trolley and racing kit on a hanger - ready for washing! = Very well thought of! Fabulous service. Safety is Brilliant Worth the money!
