We had a great time at the Family Picnic Day, lots of activities for the children. Lovely place to walk around, will definitely go again. Thank you to everyone who works there.
My office was in this hardened facility in 1992-93 when I was the Chief of Maintenance for the USAF 95th Reconnaissance Squadron. The building housed U-2/TR-1 avionics maintenance test and repair stations as well as staff offices.
Stunning farm. Small but we'll kept. Not rushed around; we got our time to pick lavender from the fields. Nice little picnic area as well. Ice cream and lemonade were amazing.
Fairly basic walk. Very muddy along the various tracks running through the wood when it has been raining, even after a week or so of dry weather. Wood is quite dense, so mostly the walking is along broader farm tracks rather than finding your own trail.
